PAYMENT
A one-time registration fee of $20 is required upon enrollment.
You can pay for the Monthly Package, a Single Day, or a Single Class. Prepayment is mandatory.
Paid classes are non-refundable under any circumstances.
MISSES AND MAKEUP CLASSES
- The Monthly Package includes classes for 4 consecutive weeks. This package is offered at a discount, and missed days cannot be carried over to another month.
- To arrange for makeup classes, you must notify the office of your absence via SMS at least one day in advance.
- With timely notification, missed classes may be made up within the current monthly package, subject to availability in other classes. Confirmation of the makeup class day and time will secure your spot in that specific class, and further makeups will not be allowed.
- Absences without prior notice or with less than a day’s notice cannot be made up.
- Classes falling on public holidays cannot be made up.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
- Please bring your child 5-7 minutes before the class starts, but not earlier, as the doors are closed for safety reasons.
Parents are strictly prohibited from being present in the class as it distracts students and the instructor. Please allow us to perform our job at 100%. The exception is Open Lessons.
The school is not responsible for children after the class ends. If you are unable to pick up your child on time, please inform the office. A late fee of $1 per minute will be charged for delays exceeding 10 minutes.
